Eutheria detail PDF Print E-mail
The Eutheria node has 17 children nodes (Carnivora, Chiropteria, Insectivora, Rodentia, etc). Each child node is the root for a subtree, each of which is coloured in a different colour:
  • Primates are the subtree with the nodes coloured in light purple located near the top of the image. Homo Sapiens is labeled within this subtree.
  • The red subtree is the carnivora (canidae, felidae, mongooses, hyenas, etc).
  • The large dark purple subtree located in the bottom right corner of the picture is the Rodentia (rats, mice, etc).
