I received my PhD degree in evolutionary bioinformatics from the University of Bergen (Norway) in January 2008. The title of my thesis is "Computational analysis of the evolutionary dynamics of proteins in chordate genomes". During my PhD studies, I worked at the Computational Biology Unit supervised by  David Liberles (University of Wyoming, USA).

I am currently working in the group of Rein Aasland at the Molecular Biology Department of the University of Bergen. The research project relates to the evolutionary properties of eukaryotic linear motifs.

On these pages you will find papers that I have published with their supplementary materials, software that I have developed, and other information relevant to the areas of research I am working on.
